Imomodoll Mimi Rabbit Sock Pattern

A pattern for sewing socks specially made to fit the 1/4 Imomodoll Mimi Rabbit body. Cut the sock at the height desired - it might vary from the pattern depending on your fabric. Make sure to align the left edge of the pattern to the fold of the fabric. A small amount of seam allowance is included, you may need to adjust it.

You’ll need:

stretchy fabric

matching thread

stretch, knit or ball point needle for sewing machine

The amount of allowance will vary depending on your fabric, so stretch the fabric around your doll’s thigh to get an idea of how it will fit. Use a knit or stretch type needle and zig-zag stitch. If the fabric slips or stretches, place some paper underneath the fabric while you sew and tear away the paper at the end.

Sewing Instructions:

1. Cut pattern pieces from the fabric, following the stretch direction indicated on the pattern. Make sure to align the straight edge of the pattern to a fold in the fabric, so that the piece cut is mirrored.
2. Fold the upper hem and sew. Trim excess fabric.
3. Fold in half long ways, wrong side out, and stitch along the side from toe to top hem. Trim excess fabric and turn.
